Training/Service

Proman provides a complete training programme as part of the package. Proman trainers are able to work on the Carni Liberator to re-train staff until they become accomplished operators of the system. The company policy is also to train an in-house trainer to a level where they are capable of training others.

Personnel responsible for hygiene are shown how to sanitise the equipment, and production management shown the different ways of using the equipment to achieve different specifications.
